Photographer's Note
Simcheonggak Pavilion on the north east coast of Baengnyeongdo Island. That's the North Korean coast at right, just 12 km away. "To publicize Baengnyeongdo Island, as the setting for the story of Sim Cheong, Simcheonggak Pavilion was built in a location where visitors can see Idangsu and Yeonbongbawi Rock, the latter being a spot from which Sim Cheong jumped into the sea, to restore her blind father's eyesight." (A famous Korean folk tale).

Wonderful architecture; very colourful. The perspective composition works well showing two facades of the building. It was a good idea to include the people for scale. The building is bigger than it looks at first sight.

Hi Chris,
The 3/4 view is allowing us to see the details and colors of two sides of the pavillion. The presence of the persons has an effect of scale. The light seem to strong, it does not affect the colors of the pavillion but the grasa seem to be yellow-green. Have a nice day.

Bonjour Chris,
Un angle de prise de vue interessant, de belles couleurs mais une expositon braucoup trop forte, c'est du moins ce que je vois sur mon écran.
Une déformation de perspective que tu aurais pu aussi un peu redresser.
Une bien jolie construction.
Mes compliments.
Daniel.

Hello Chris,
A good angle to appreciate the depth as well as the architecture of the building. Wonderful colours.
I'm glad you included some people as my whole perception of scale altered when I saw them!
Kind regards,

Hello Chris,
The finer ornamental details in the architecture are well reproduced, sharp and colourful!
Effective point of view and the framing presents the building nicely...
Inclusion of humans provides good scaling!

Namaste Chris
Nice colourful pavilion here. The light seems to have been harsh & hence you did some exposure correction. When we see the people, we can realise that the building is bigger than what appears at first glance.
Regards
Angshu
