First night test Photo

Photographer’s Note

The first night test refers to this shot being with a new lens on the way home from the Nikon dealer. I had no idea that the VR could work so well, the details are available, this is hand held in a car idling at a stop light.

It was shot in NEF and in post I lightened it half an f-stop and sharpened it. I did not crop it.

1/5 of a second, eh? That's quite something. I still think i'd need at least 1/30 with my shaky hands. So you're gonna give it a good testing on Sunday afternoon then?

If it is first night test - it is good. Interesting street photo from car. But should be better. Night photo is not so easy to doing.
