Photographer’s Note
Suwon Golf Course looking south, taken from the 5th floor of the La Vie D'or Hotel, next door to the Suwon University. The swampy areas are rice paddies. My pp work is improving. I've found brightness & contrast controls in the 'Gimp' program.
The Geonggi-Do Board of Education paid for all native speaker teachers to attend the induction course at the Hotel.

Ah but did they pay for a round of golf?;)
Again a good POV. You enjoy these overheads dont you Chris? Looks like a nice place from your photo. Contrast and brightness are quite good.

Hi Chris,
you took a good POV from where you can show the similarity of form between the green of the golf course and the rice fields.
Good qwork,
regards, Gerrit

Just like from an hélicopter, and also as a golf player I would say you have caught well a complete Par 3 and the arrival for a PAR 4 or 5 :-))
Well shown

Hi Chris,
The three rows trees show a excellent line, I think this is a golf field in foreground with sandbox including, in background the rice field, very well panorama view and composition too!
Thanks for sharing.
Have a nice day,

Hi Chris, a nice POV to see this golf course, sharpess and contrast perfect, still a bit to light, with a multiply of 60% in opacity layer and some contrast adjusting you get a more profiled sunny texturing in frontplan green.
(maybe tomorrow a WS)

Cher Chris,
Voilà une prise de vue habilement réalisée, nous avons l'impression que la photo a été prise depuis un avion et non d'un hôtel.
Très belle vue semi-plongeante de ce parcours de golf aux étendues au camaïeu de vert.
Amitiés.

Hi Chris,
light is a little problem but nice panoramic view for this golf field. I like nature.

Hi Chris,
a nice POV featuring this golf course, the contrast and sharpess contrast is good, a bit too light in the distance.
Nice work and regards

This high POV is excellent for showing the golf course and the whole area around; it all looks very green. I'm sure the bright light of Korea does not make photography easy.

Great contrast between the golf course on one side and the rice fields on the other (although the lines of trees on the course make it appear that the golf course has more similarities t the rice paddies than we first think). Good shot, although it looks a little overexposed on the top.

Nice POV for this one, Chris, it almost looks like this could be in the official brochure of the golf club. Good light and a rather fair sight into the distance, yielding a lot of details about the way in which man re-designed vast portions of this landscape. Interesting.

Yes it's nice Chris,
the pov is good and I like the composition, you must have some luck with the light too, well done.

Hi Chris. I might still knock the brightness down a notch. I wonder how a polarizer would have worked in this situation. The sharpness seems nice and high.

Namaste Chris
Superb greens here…I specially like the trees in the FG forming a rectangular pattern. A bit OE in the far end, but the beauty of the FG overrides this

Hi Chris
A nice capture from a favoured vantage point. The POV is impressive and the pattern of shadows is good too. I also like the level of crispness in the shot which brings out the details well. The picture is a little over exposed though. A filter, or metering the light from a mid tone subject should rectify such problems.
Cheers and nice work.

Hi Chris,
The top of the image and the sky take a bit the value down, but the PoV and the rich greens on the lower main part are nice to see, are you into golf ?
Have a nice week end,

Hi Chris - the golf course nicely blends with the overwhelmingly green landscape, I also like the deeply saturated workshop version
