The narrow alleys in the small city of Chuncheon are filled with Dakgalbi restaurants, which all specialise in one dish..Dakgalbi. It is a spicy chicken dish where chicken is fried in a pan with chilli paste..tasty. Each restaurant served just this dish, and choosing one was difficult! The dish is a local specialty of this pretty region of Korea.

There's a mysterious, cinematic feel here, Justin, almost of a spy film. Good street scene with some interesting characters - nicely framed, and a good choice for B&W. Thanks!

This is a slightly enigmatic street scene. Maybe the guy on the left is suffering from the same problem as you: which of the 23 identical restaurants shall I patronise? The fact that he's facing out of the frame is a good rule-breaker, and it's what gives the image its quirky interest.
