The narrow alleys in the small city of Chuncheon are filled with Dakgalbi restaurants, which all specialise in one dish..Dakgalbi. It is a spicy chicken dish where chicken is fried in a pan with chilli paste..tasty. Each restaurant served just this dish, and choosing one was difficult! The dish is a local specialty of this pretty region of Korea.
