The cranes on the path through Daejeon would not let me get particularly close to them before flying off, this one landed on a dam that was helping to slow the river down.

Beautful composition. I just love the diagonal lines that run from the left side of the frame to the right upper corner (and not corner to corner). I also like the way those line separate the different water's texture (quiet, running and scum). The crane add a lot to the picture.
