Photographer’s Note
This Korean Buddhist monk remained in the same position for pretty long time. It was the same, when I came to see the temple, and 2 hours later, when I was returning to our bus. I was fascinated by this concentrated image of contemporary Korea - tradition and modernity in one person (look at his sport shoes ...).
