Beopjusa Blossums Photo

Photographer’s Note

The attractive grounds of the Beopjusa Buddhist temple in Spring. The pink flowering trees looked like peach trees. It might be worth going back to this same location in Fall/Autumn. I've already burned in the strong highlights, as best I can.

Hello Chris,
Good composition of these colourful gardens. The wall makes a good lead line drawing the viewer into the image. Pleasing red/green tonal contrasts and some nice shadow play.

What a lovely riot of colors, Chris! You show these blossoms to great effect. Nice use of line, too, and capture of the light on the sun-dappled wall. When I see that mountain in the background, it completes the effect of a beautiful place to be.

Another very interesting and beautiful picture!
What mostly pleases me in this one are the colorful plants all around the upper part of this image! I'd also like to point out the excellent management of light here! It helped to enhance the beautiful composition this photo has!

Hi Chris. Nice add to the previous photos of the temple site, this time looking at the "floral details". Good perspective shooting along the diagonal wall, and nice dashes of vivid color provided by the blossoming trees.

le post processing donne à ces couleurs beaucoup de force et de contrastes, le sujet de la photo, ces arbres, ressort donc un maximum.

The diagonal line of the path is an asset to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the trees in blossums. The light is well managed and is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
