Photographer’s Note
I had been to the Newton Circus Food Hawker Stalls and decided to walk back to my hostel. Singapore is actually a very walkable city, if you can bear with the heat, and since this was at night it wasn't too bad. Besides, this was my first time in Singapore, and I wanted to see the city, even at night. On my way I found this pedestrian overcrossing and I enjoyed the play of light and color, not to mention the flowers. Back home this would have been an uncovered boring steel structure; this was something different. I guess I should have waited for some people to cross to bring more life to the picture. For the locals: If I remember correctly, this structure crosses Timah Road close to the KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

Nice subject. Almost perfect composition.
A bit dirty on the left but should not complain about that, you are a photographer not street sweeper :)

I think that in contrast to your Bundesgerichtshof, symmetry does not work here. Probably, the only reason to make it plainly symmetrical is the asymmetrical lighting pattern on the rooftop. But anyway, it is not noticeble on the first sight - it needs some emphasis.
Colours could be better - it is the best visible on the yellow beam above, as it is very noised. What could help is the longer exposure such as 1 sec, especially with lower ISO. 1/60 at night is definitely not enough and flash is useless in large open spaces.
