It's an evolution to see animals in captivity or wild not to flock away when approached by homo sapiens esp at tourist attraction places like safaris, zoos, bird parks etc.
This pelican was taken at the Jurong Bird Park. Birds in this park that could fly can fly out of this park to near by housing and indutrial area for extra leisure and adventure!
