Photographer’s Note

Bumboats passing the Fullerton hotel,using the wife's new compact Sony DSC-W100 on a Ultrapod 2 small tripod. this was one of the only times we were in Singapore that it was not pouring down with rain and did not get to the bird park or zoo, in all very disapointing experience, but weather was fine in both Thailand and the Philippines.

Thats a rhapsody of colour, lights and reflections and youve captured it all so well. I simply love the lively feel here and the way you have captured it all without faulting. Good pov and perspective and a lovely depth. Good vibrant hues and textures. Amazing clarity. Nice work indeed.

Nice picture with brilliant colored reflections on the water.
It's a very good composition with the man on the right. It seems just a little noisy.

Hi Ian, good view of the Singapore city centre, with amazing reflection on the Singapore River and an excellent exposure.
the orange tones are really beautiful and the inclusion of the guy on the right side was brilliant.

A pleasant night photograph!
The details come out well and I notice the image is a tad brighter than most night time photographs...
The hotel is dominating the frame, composition is well balanced and with attractive colours!

Gorgeous and glittering, how nice it is to see the Fullerton without wiping sweat off my forehead. Nice blur on the water. That part of the world (closest to the equator) is notorious for disappointing weather, my experience was similar (though Singapore itself wasn't that bad).

Such a charming image, Singpore looks really great here.
Very good exposition that produced a composition very balanced with fine colours. The reflections on the river are wonderful and the boy sitting there makes the sene more alive.
