Photographer’s Note
Taken in the Little India district of Singapore...
There was quite a horrible yellow cast on here, which I have tried to reduce...

Really nice DOF on this one, Kaj with lovely golden tones - you are falling in love with the 85mm possibilities of your 50 f1.4 on a crop camera, I see.
Very nice.Witty too...

Hi Kajal,
What a fantastic catch! His expression is so cute and funny and goes on the oposite of the ideia of a super man. Really funny. I see you've been recently to Singapore, what an envy. I love this place and I miss it so. We used to go to Little India to eat Indian food every sunday. It was my favorite program while living there. I hope you enjoyed your stay and welcome back!
Cheers,
Flavia

That kid is priceless Kaj,
Technical blah blah aside isn't it just a fun picture to look at? You have captured a really fun moment. Great.
cheers

Excellent Kajal! I like the fact that we (the spectators) act in complicity with the boy: He was manifestly proud and amused to be photographed whereas his parents, however very near and photographed too, are completely outside the photo. This is great. Congratulations,
Christophe

A bird?! A plane?! It's a cute little boy with a superman costume, isn't it obvious??! Jeeezz I'm glad I came to clear some confusion here!
Now why did you have to cut superman's feet? Sure he doesn't need them to fly but still... He's going to need them to run faster than the train to show off in front of his girl friend (I hope you remember the movie otherwise you might start thinking I'm dumm, haha)
Relevant critics apart, if you have anything to do with making this boy take such an incredibely lovely pose, then you are porbably as much talented as I'm started to think you are (from what I saw in your gallery).
And last, I like the alternance face / back /face with the gradual transition in DOF.
(50mm (yet 80mm) 1/4 - enjoy!!)
Vincent
