While visiting one of many free range zones in the Singapore zoo, I saw a kind of plate meant to attract butterlies. At first, I found it cool, but it got even better when I turned around and saw this butterfly right next to me. I took a couple of pictures of it, but this one is likely the best. I particularly love the blurred background and the range of greens it offers.
The Singapore zoo is such a nice place to take pictures. In addition to that, animals are not really emprisonned in cages. The managers succeeded to have only a few particulary turbulent and dangerous animals locked in cages, while some are just living on islands, and others can even wander around almost freely. This was the last day of my trip between Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, it was a great way to finish it, though I didn't want to leave this region...
I hope you'll like it |

Hey
A nice clear picture of a butterfly. The background might be a bit dull.
Well done
