[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture was taken at Chemperai trail in MacRitchie Reservoir, the last part of my 11km trail.

I like the cloud here. Irregular formation but looks interesting, what do you feel? Reflection is bad, as I spotted some rubbish in the water.

Some information of MacRitchie Reservoir.

MacRitchie Reservoir is Singapore's first reservoir, built in 1867-68. The development of the Reservoir brought the forest devastation around the area to a halt. The forest around the reservoir was protected as a water catchment reserve. The forests surrounding the other two reservoirs, Peirce and Seletar, were also protected when these reservoirs were developed later.

There are several well established trails in MacRitchie. One of them is a 4-km boardwalk that skirts the edge of the reservoir. Another trail, 11 km long, brings you counter-clockwise around the reservoir and features a tree top boardwalk. The trails are well marked.

I like this sky with the fantastic clouds this than see in water as reflection.
A school example of the 1/3 foreground and 2/3 sky, very nice composition.

Hi JJ, I like the colors and formation of the clouds. Perfect horizontal level and good framing.

Its not easy to see beautiful nature scene in Singapore, I must say you did well =D

I like the cloud shaped like a stingray. :)
The coconut trees sticking out from the left of the photo also breaks the monotony from the other trees that are more or less the same height.

Hi JJ, just coming over for a little visit from my neck of the woods. The first place I'd go once I got here. With 11km long trail, that sounded like fun for nature/macro photography. Seeing this landscape of clouds over the lake, gives a different impression of uber urban Singapore.
