There's an improvement in your composition here Jiekuan. The bridge gets the first attention and there is enough attraction to make the whole photo pretty interesting. The background is very black dark which gives the background a "TRON" like effect.

NIcely handle night shot. Good detail and exposure. The bridge is certainly a strong part of the compo. There's quite a lot of black sky which I'm not sure adds anaything to this, maybe a tighter crop.

I've just noticed that I can see my PoV for this shot. Taken from the balcony at the top of the Pan Pacific. Form where, of course, I can see the PoV you have here, which must be from the bridge across to the Fullerton.

This scene makes a lovely picture!
Your exposure may be better than mine (http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Asia/Singapore/photo133164.htm) I don't know, but I prefer mine as the lights are more visible.
