The evening of 2009 Countdown at Marina bay in Singapore was wonderful during the blue hours. I did not waste time for waiting few hours over there. At least i got some shots to share u guys. U might pay attention with those spheres on the water, those are wish's spheres which Singaporean wrote their best wishes for new year and hope to have better life.

Hi Rooster,
great blue hour shot, the image is well exposed, no doubt about that, I also love the lights reflecting on the river and the colors are nciely saturated. Only thing is the barrel distortion of the wide angle lense, but it doesn`t really disturb me. I will keep this spot in mind in case I can visit Singapore myself this summer, thanks for sharing it with us!

Hello Rooster,
What an amzing cityscape with the tall buildings nicely contrasted against the bright blue night sky. The detail in the city lights is superb, and the strange white "balls" scattered across the water adds a great amount of interest.....what are these objects. The colourful reflections captured in the water just improve the photo even further. Well done.

Great blue hour shot with good light management and exposure. The reflection of the lights in the water gives the shot a nice sense of depth. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The while balls on the water create a nice line through the scene.

What an amazing capture of this beautiful skyline. Wonderful view of the Marina bay during the blue hour. Very interesting tradition of the spheres on the water. The spheres enhance the image even more. Very nice!!!
