I have seen monks either in Buddhist temples or streets in Cambodia or Vietnam. Seeing guys in saffron clothes strolling in Singapore's Biggest Mall, The Vivo City is peculiar much so one of them is conversing in mobile phone! Wow! those cenobites have embraced modernity.
