I don't really know his real name, but Singh represents that this police officer belongs to Sikh ethnic.

There are around 15,000 Sikh people in Singapore and their traditions are respected well in this country. Not only the police force has special uniform for them, but also they are exempted from wearing helmet when riding motorcycle.

Picture take during Chingay Parade 2005 in the tourist crowd area of Orchard Road.
