I prefer narrower apeture (around 16 or less) so that the lights shouldn't be so dazzled :D Btw, I don't know how to rate a photo :(

impressive photo, the combination of bright lights, golden light, black frame and red/purple sky makes the scene look very expensive and luxurious. impeccable quality too, not a single light overexposed. excellent work, my compliments.
