The tour guide says that the weather in St. Petersburg is like the mood of a lady .... you can never know or predict. :)
I've not seen a rainbow for ages, and imagine my surprise to see it in St. Petersburg..... :D
The Contrast has been increased to show the colours, and if you look carefully, there's actually another rainbow further to the left......
