Here is lovely view on the famous Novedevichy convent from north-west were located nice pond with a lot of ducks in summer time. This convent is one of the cities loveliest monasteries and major spiritual center from centuries back.

This convent was founded in 1525 and taken part in many important events of Russian history. The churches, palaces and walls of Novodevichy, erected during 16-17th centuries, are unique for their artistic excellence and architectural unity.

Hello Arthur,
Very nice picture. I like the association of the old convent and lake. The light is perfect, either on the grass in forground with this small ray of light, or ont the building int the background. The reflects are very good too.

photo très lumineuse, bien exposée, la bonne idée de montrer les deux rives dans ton cadrage.
Somptueux batiments qu'on distingue bien malgré la distance.
Les verts ressortent très bien ce qui apporte une touche naturelle à cet endroit.

Une belle image et une belle carte postale telle qu'on aimerait en voir plus souvent. Bonnes lumière, netteté et couleurs tout cela en montrant bien de superbes bâtiments. Une envie supplémentaire de visiter Moscou. Merci.
