Photographer’s Note

Here is a view on the famous Cathedral of Christ the Savoir from the Kremlin. I took this photo last autumn nearby the Grand Kremlin Palace, several steps from the Annunciation Cathedral (look on my previous picture).

You can see here that the Kremlin, as stronghold of Moscow city, is located on a hill (named Borovitsky) and on the bank of Moskva-Reka (Moscow-River) following all rules from medieval times about good locations for fortresses. So, here you can see how city looks nowadays not so far from the Cathedral's Square where Moscow was founded at 1147.

Probably this picture not so impressive with colors and details of architecture, but I like this view and composition... if you like this view, please, look on it more thoughtfully, it is not doubt, that you can find 3 (three) symbols from different epochs here. :)
