Hello Eugene,
Personally, I like this type of photo.
All three women have warm friendly smiles,
heavy coats to keep out the winter cold in Russia this time of year.
good focus, nice composition.

The women are really pale here. The beautiful woman in the middle is the only thing that adds life and reality to this picture!

I'm not sure how you got the colours here, cold yet with a kind of 'tinted' look - however you did it it certainly makes the shot :)
