[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This monument is located at near by the Kremlin Palace. And u can see this symbol on the russian coins, and many others palces. It's means human being was made victory with all of evils on the world.( if u have some information about this monument, let me know. this is what i can say about that... :D )
i changed the color of sky and made some effects. and the date taken is not sure.
