very nice composition, the concrete carpark shows the city character. You have capture the moment while there is no cars inside the carpark, therefore a place more like a city desert, deadly silence after a storm of traffic...

I like very much this urban landscape, the circular line and the arrows leading your eyes around the image nicely. B&W is also an excellent choice, adding drama to the image and at the same time minimising unwanted distractions.
