This is in one of the Saint Petersburg canals, when the boat I was crossed with other, with this little kid says us good bye. The soviet parafernalia still make people (both Russians and foreigners) identifying Russia with it's communist past, and there is a plenty of gadgets for sale reminding thoses times.
