Photographer’s Note
Walls and towers of the Kazan Kremlin were build at 16th century by czar Ivan the Terrible after he conquered Kazan Tatar khanate. At the same time old mosque Kul Sharif was destroyed (together with already all of houses in old city). It was built anew only few years ago at the old place for a millenium anniversary of Kazan.

Previet Igor,
An informative shot for me. I was wondering from the thumbnail whether it was a mosque, church or elsewise. The wall surrounding the structure is indeed similar to the Kremlin wall.
