Regards from Russia! Two days in Perm were rainy but Jason, Serghei and me had a lot of fun. No good photos with the overcast sky but it happens in travels.

Buon proseguimento e buon divertimento.

Not so good weather but the church will be fine in any kind of weather. And at least the sky is not all washed out.

The architecture of this church is unmistakeably Russian. You have captured it perfectly from a well chosen viewpoint. Good colours and clarity despite the decidedly grey skies.

Well, Mrs. Itchy Feet is off again!
The weather might not have been on your side, but you have produced a lovely photograph of this magnificent church. In fact, as is so often the case, dull wet weather really does bring out the vibrancy of colours and the deep red wals of this building are wonderful, as also are the beautiful golden domes.
P.S. So when do you set off on the Trans-Siberian rail trip?

Od dzisiaj bedzie lepsza pogoda! i tego trzeba sie trzymac.
W tniesprzyjajacych warunkach ladnie pokazana cerkiew.
Pozdrowienia dla Ciebie i pozostalych uczestnikow mini mitingu TE

Même lorsqu'il ne fait pas beau comme dans cette image, les dômes dorés apportent une belle touche de lumière dans l'image. le point de vue et le cadrage sont excellents.

Fine cathedral in the unique Russian style. Sorry for the rainy days, I'm sure it will turn out good for your.

A fine building, in particular the golden domes stand out so well against the grey sky, I think the grey sky has in fact helped to make them stand out even more :)
I hope you having a great time in your TE meet, I am missing out on one on Monday :( Bulent is in Dublin and I had the wrong dates booked for time off, and my job will not allow me to change them. So unfortunate. Have lots of fun there!!
Best wishs from Ireland

lots of fun, lots of photos.
too bad about the weather, but what could you do right?
beautiful looking architecture, even in this damp weather.

The grey sky is a pity indeed, but you captured the church with great quality and sharpness. Especially the golden parts are attractive.

Even though the stormy weather produced subdued dark lighting, at least the features are visible and not washed out from a harsh midday sun. And having fun with Jason and Serghei.
The architecture is magnificent, red stone with white arches, towers and gold domes used frequently. Classical Russia history in view.
Thanks for sharing,

This is crazy, I would swear I've seen this somewhere before! :)) Still seems like just yesterday, and I guess it's really not that far off. lol
We may not have had the best skies for photography, but it sure didn't dampen our spirits. In fact, the colors of the church seem to be enhanced in contrast, this turned out well enough. Happy to see you are making the most of your continued journey. Travel safe, and keep posting along the way. :) Take good care. All the very best.
Friendliest wishes from rainy Phoenix. (Yeah, I brought it home with me!?)
