The world stands on the brink of a new economic crisis that would leave countries like Britain “staring down the barrel”, David Cameron has warned.
I think this shot is illustrated of these news. I shot this athmospheric scene from my balcony. You can se another verion of this photo in WS.
The Prime Minister said that the failure of leaders in the US and Europe to tackle government deficits now "threatens the stability of the world economy".
Mr Cameron spoke as stock markets around the world fell sharply again, with the FTSE–100 suffering its biggest drop for more than two years.
Politicians, central bankers and investors are increasingly worried that the world's biggest economies are sliding back into a recession, dragged down by government debts.
More gloomy economic data yesterday led one of the world's leading economists to say that Britain, the US and the eurozone are all already in recession, and warn of a second financial crisis worse than that of 2008–9. The Prime Minister spoke in Canada after delivering a blunt warning to President Barack Obama and eurozone leaders about the need to follow Britain's example and curb their deficits.
In a speech in Ottawa, Mr Cameron said that Western politicians must show more "leadership" and warned that political indecision would only worsen the crisis.

A very apocalyptic composition and note. No doubt the world's economy is in a terrible state at the present time but such problems have occurred before and have been overcome in the long term. Such is the way of the world and man's stupidity. The shot is very well composed and has a beautiful range of gold and blue tones. The backlit cloud is particularly attractive. They say every cloud has a silver lining:-)

A wonderful shot representing the future with a factual note on the present. The sunrise under the darkish clouds, to me signify, that there will be light soon. The European makts opened in green but now turned red. Hopefully the green will prevail someday and I'm sure BRIC countries (this photo location)will have less to worry.
Thanks for this wonderful and reassuring similie.

Notre ministre des finances nous dis la mкme chose au Canada. Il est temps que certains europйens retombent sur terre et apprennent а vivre selon leurs moyens. L'image de ton balcon est superbe et nous offre une belle perspective sur un avenir meilleur.

Love the golden colors of the clouds and the vertical format worked better. Great pov and dof with good details. Well done, tfs.
It's unfortunate that the world economy is in crisis but nobody else is to blame but the people. We, the people and the governments, spend money freely and in the process accomulated at lot of debts. Now we are paying for it. I hope learn from this...maybe?

Boa noite Serghei
Here in my country we have a hope that this crisis won't affect us, but it isn't true. Surely it will affect whole world.
