Zdravstvuy Serghei. The sculptor himself has been sculptured by Father Time. Strong presence both in his action and physiognomy.There must be some Viking blood in there somewhere. Well composed- I like the downward gaze which accentuates the diagonal that leads to the sculpture.Lovely light and excellent DOF. Regards. Klaudio.

Фотография очаровала, кто-то упомянул про викингов,а ведь и правда-есть в художнике что-то неуловимое от этих суровых детей моря.

I find the artist more beautiful than his sculpture.
Splendid portrait certainly with his grey beard and grey long hair.

This guy really looks like an artist, somebody who likes to create and that is what he does here. Must be modern art? There is a lot of action, great DOF and sharpness. The colors are really nice. Well done

quelle précision dans cette prise de vue. Autant dans la mise au pount que l'exposition. Un formet vertical 'portrait' qui colle bien avec le sujet.

Hey Serhei,

Great photo showing an artist at work! It is quite unusual to see nice deep colours like this green and purple in a woodworking setting too.

I am currently reading a fiction book about what the ancient gods and goddesses do nowadays with their spare time in the 21st century. I think you have discovered one of them: this looks an awful lot like Odin at work. Or perhaps even Gandalf. Very intruiging!
