Old gate in Kusimovo. Just outside of the main village. Everything around here looks like it was broken down, left and forgotten. Likely an old kolkhoz.

Sander: great image, great title, great composition and sharpness - somewhere between Robert Frost and a proletarian winter. Fine stuff.

hello sander,
looks like a gate to abandoned military encampment. well seen: gateway to nowhere. very symbolic, in my opinion. the lighting does not seem the best possible, but then again, the subdued ambience kind of accentuates the message.
