Photographer’s Note

Or more specific, highest XVIII-century Baroque-style church - St Peter and Pavel Cathedral in St Peter and, obviously, Pavel Fortress in St-Petersburg.
Ordered by Peter the Great in 1712, when St-Petersburg was young, completed in 1733, already after Peter's death.
Main landmark of St-Petersburg, burial place for Russian Emperors, spire is 122,5 meters high.
I chose this POV, as mostly photos of this Cathedral are being taken in other angles, this POV I like for it's purity!

(But my lens was not that pure and clean after all, later I found nasty greasiness on it - you can see it, in the lower part of the photo).
