Photographer’s Note
So this is a shot of church of St Dmitry Solunsky in Old Ladoga Fortress. Church made in year 1612-1613.
Last couple of days temperature was + 6 C, so I bet all this snow that still can be seen on the photo is gone.

Hello Mr Owl,
This is a real gem, very rare to see a church of this design still existing!
The rough timber walls give a strong impact, and I notice not much was done to decorate the exterior...
It is a well composed presentation, with the building surrounded by the naked trees!
