St George on a Pass Photo

Photographer’s Note

So here is a church of St George on a Vsvos (meaning pass from the river upstairs). Built in year 1494, rare example of Pskovian churches of XV century.

Weather was grey and dull that day, but I think it's my own personal curse - almost everythime I'm on a trip with a goal to photo something - surprise, surprise - sun is gone and here's your grey sky and pouring rain.
Oh well.

Hi Uhu

Good capture of the St George church. The overcast sky has the advantage of allowing maximum shadow detail due to the diffused light, so all was not lost! Good sharpness & framing, on this historic building. Tfs!

Hallo!
Weather isn't important at all here - the shown building is interesting and beautiful, and somehow touching - even if it is raining! You show us more than 500 years - what's a rainshower in comparison to this ... !? ;-)
I nearly can't see any windows here ... only something like "loopholes". Interesting!
