Photographer’s Note
This Church of Blessed Virgin's Birth in small town of Porhov was built in 14th century.
It is interesting that its architecture is absolutely not in Russian style. I don't ever know what style is it - maybe Armenian or South European?
By the way, Porhov is very interesting and nice town in spite of it is just unknown to tourists. It has ancient, well-survived fortress and several beautiful churches.

Hi Smart Cat. It certainly an interesting architecture and I'm glad that you share it with us. I don't know if in reality the tower is bent, but it certainly seems to be leaning to the right on this view.

Да, Порховская эта церковь. Все собираюсь на нее посмотреть как-нибудь, да больно уж дорога эта, А-120, разбитая. 8 километров грейдера, ну кому это нужно, у меня машина нежная.
