This picture goes along with the previous one just fine. Yes, it's the same house.
Notice the water pipe in the air.
Why don't they asphalt the street and don't remove the rubbish? Probably, the final reason is this one: not enough money.

Vos photos, Nadia, valent un cours de géographie et d'économie. Je ne sais comment on peut quantifier leur représentativité, ou qualifier leur exemplarité, mais je soupçonne qu'il y a des choses qu'on comprend mieux sur la Russie après les avoir vues.
