Photographer’s Note

Here's a shot of central part of ancient town Pereslavl-Zalessky, which means "Pereslavl behind the Forests". It was inhabited since prehistoric times, but first time was mentioned in chronicles in 1152, when Prince Yury the Long Hands built a city and cathedral (seen at the front of the photo) here.
At the back are two churches constructed in XVII century, together with cathedral they border the square in the center of the town.
