The downside to visiting Red Square and St Basil's Cathedral is that it is usually swarming with 100s of tourists on coach trips.
This day was no exception: as I stood on Red Square there was an endless stream of people milling around in front of the cathedral and Lenin's tomb.

Nice note, inhabitants of Venice and Prague will agree with you, I'm sure. In Petersburg it's hard to go to Hermitage now without troubles with waiting lines now, too. Especially in summer.

its a quite nice picture actually, there is life in it and the buidling looks beautiful as well ! howerver it looks like a snapshot not like a well focused pic.
