Photographer's Note

Moscow are huge, hard city. It's architecturally different and packed with impressive buildings which do not usually form a ansemble. At least for me it's like this - as I'm a Petersburg dweller.
But there are loads of places in Moscow which are quite picturesque and interesting, and in some real old Moscow style can be seen. In these places the city are quite cozy and nice.
Street Varvarka and surrounding districts (like streets Solyanka, Pokrovka and so on) are situated close to Kremlin and look very nice, and there are lot of XVII and XVIII century buildings there.
On the photo the Boyar Romanovs Halls (1597-1674) and Znamensky Cathedral (1679).
