Photographer’s Note
After a long time of not posting, here am I again with my street photography. This time it's a better experience or one of the best experience as I had an opportunity to do it with Manny Librodo, yes probably the most viewed TrekEarth Account owner. I learned a lot from this brief encounter, I'll treasure it forever.
Meet "Girl", as her playmates call her. I saw a character and beauty the moment I saw her. She was very shy though that she wouldn't pose for a picture. After a while she approched me to take her pictures and I obliged. I let her pose near the wall which is a stoned wall, a good background for her portrait. Got several pictures of her, and I hope I can post a couple more.
Used USM, Hue/Saturation

Hi Ed, the Manny touch is apparent here (and, for me, he is simply the best). It's a beautiful capture but I'm not too sure that the pose by the tree tells us much about her environment. I also feel that the point of focus is on the tree rather than on the girl's face. So, for those reasons, one point and not two. But I certainly look forward to seeing more of your work. Stephen

Really beautiful image quality, which adds tremedously to the portrait. The precise DOF sets up her expression with all the lightness we can wish, especially against the sharp rough texture of the wall. great judgement or intuition in having this texture, it seems, a tad sharper than her gentle, softly illuminated face.
Always a big bravo when it's the photographic means employed that bring out the subject, rather than just following the literalness of the title, and easy readability of the image. for me, your portrait is a valuable lesson, i am afraid few will realize its achievement. I hope I am wrong.
PS: I see you mention Manny, and how do i wish he would let so many of his portraits speak as naturally as yours, unhindered by the heavy editing he favors on them.

Hi Ed,
This is an excellent photograph. The smile tells me the shy girl finds your company cautiously comfortable. She is just about begining to trust you as a friend. Very nice PoV and photographer's note.

Hi Ed,
Very nice portrait of this cute girl.I like the composition of this photograph, the light is soft and the colors beautiful.Just a small detail, the low depth of field, sharpness in its hair is limit. But Ok,for me it's the best of your gallery.
Thanks for sharing.

A wonderful shot and a beautiful pose from this young girl. Manny is an excellent teacher it seems! He invited me to come travel with him, which was a tremendous honor. At the time, work constraints would not allow me, but through your beautiful photo, I can see the influnence he can have.
