Fiesta ng Mahal na Birhen ng Biglang Awa - in literal english translation - Feast of the Most Virgin of Mercy - or you may suggest another -
A Feast without the banderitas - sidewalk vendors - and lots of people walking in the scorching sun - wouldn't be a feast at all.
Walking from the end of that road to the point im standing when i took the pic would be an accomplishment.
