Photographer’s Note
During a trip to the Philippines, I had a chance to ride on a bamboo boat underneath a raging waterfall. The water was icy cold and pounding down on the boat enough that I thought it might be smashed into pieces. The Philippino guides happily pulled the boats in and out of the small lake for the tourists' enjoyment.
After a ride I took some photos while I was drying off.
This photo was taken in landscape format, but I edited it to portrait because I think the height of the photo works better.
I also added a frame and some contrast.

Hi David! Very good shot and notes! I think this is in Laguna province, south of Manila, at the Pagsanjan Falls. It's great that you captured the people and their adventure. Hope you enjoyed it as well! Good sharpness and colors! rgds.

i like the scale of the photo.. the photo itself, even with all the water and people, seems lifeless.. however, i like the idea of showing the people under the waterfall to show the size. hence, a good example of the use of scale.. but if a ninja was scaling the cliff, that'd make the shot 1000 times better.. 2 points for ninja potential
