Photographer’s Note
These are facts about the Second Mandaue-Mactan Bridge. It is said to be the world's longest center span extradosed cable-stayed bridge. This bridge was inaugurated by President Joseph Ejercito Estrada on August 3, 1999. It was constructed as a symbol of friendship between the Philippines and Japan and envisioned to contribute immensely to the economic development of Cebu.
