Rosa Breakfast on the Street Photo

Photographer’s Note

I've seen Rosa & members of her Family in Metro Manila now for the past 2 years - but this was the first time I photographed her at length.

She takes her breakfast on the same sidewalk where she sleeps (on the black wooden board she sits on here) - she's an energetic child who always smiles and never complains.

A lovely picture, it is sad some children have to live this way when we have nice houses and a bed. But what is the solution?

You have really captured a mood here, I like the way you have the board and stone fence in the background. Good title.

Excellent photo. Perfect moment, and the color and clarity are very good. Virtually a perfect documentary photo. Welcome to TE, even if it is with such a sad theme.
