Everytime I fly, I almost always get assigned to sit right next to the plane's wing, to my disappointment :). You've managed to capture this Ilo Ilo island with the plane's wing in a not-too-compromising place. Well done! However, to clean up the foto further (to minimize the window's haze effect on the image) you can probably treat it with NeatImage using the default settings.

This is a good shot. The only improvement I could think of is sitting more away from the wing the next time.
My experience is, if it's not immediately during take-off or landing, if you see a free seat by the window away from the wing section, the flight crew won't say a word if you just walk through the plane and take it.
