The Chocolate hills are one of the major touristic attractions of Bohol. This photo, taken from the "viewing hill" however shows the area around and in between the hills.
Under the hills small scale rice fields, small coconut plantages and small houses can be found on several locations. The harvest of some of these fields will be used for personal use only or sold on the roadside markets. Others will sell their harvest to the larger rice traders or the state food organisation.
I don't know if these two women were walking to/from home or maybe tourists. They made the fields an interesting motive though. The distance between my position on top of the hill and the two women in the fields is circa 200 - 300m.
This is the first photo I am posting in more then a year. I hope you will be able to motivate me to post more photo's.

I have been away from TE for a while too, and today we are neighbours :-) Good to see you back on TE and this is a really nice close up view of these two small characters in the vast landscape of ricefields. Looking forward to seeing more pictures from your recent trip.

Merveilleus image, quel graphisme sur ces champs de culture, avec une partie compètement inaondée et ce deux personnage, qui font tout petit dans cette belle immensité, superbe.
Bravo et maitié

Interesting this like from plane point of view. It helps to see the graphism of the fields and this landscape is lived by the 2 woman walking. Moreover they are helping us to understand the scale of this landscape.

I like a lot this countryside geometry with so sweet colors. The POV is well chosen with this straight line which crosses the image and the couple which walks on it.
Very well done, congratulations
