Boracay Sunset-Boat Photo

Photographer’s Note

For 2 days I set my tripod and waited for sunset. I was lucky to get several beautiful sunset pictures. For this picture, I waited for the tide to move the boat a little so the boats mast nips part of the sun. I adjusted the color balance to add a bit of yellow color to the picture, contrast, sharpening on the boat area, crop and frame.

I agree that this was a shot worth waiting for- the boat adds an interesting element to this shot. I would actually like to see it a bit larger tho.

Andre! another excellent shot. the color is very good, I like the yellow color of the sun and the idea of having the boat in front of the sun is good. I just wish you have posted a bigger photo....rgds

One of the best sunsets I've seen...very good shot, Andre! The sun is so big, and the boat is well placed in your pic - worth the wait. Colors are wonderful to look at....I just wish the photo is bigger. rgds.
