You're looking at the more quiet side of Boracay, the edge of boat station 1. This is the facade of Nami Beach, one of the more luxurious accommodations in the island, along the white beach which has three boat stations.
I took this photo on board a motorized banca going to Puka Beach, which is behind the famous white beach in Boracay. The banca ride cost around US$25, which took me practically around Boracay Island and afforded me use of the boat for 6 hours. I used the same service provider, someone I trust, hence part of my payment was to reward him for being available whenever I'm in town!
Nami Beach Resort has villas and cabanas both on the beach-level and on the mountain side, all facing the sea. It offers quick access to an area popular for snorkelling and para-sailing.
Note: I used PLL filter on my camera lens in taking this shot, to remove unwanted glare from the water and the rest of the structures by the shore.

Whooo, I like a slice of this place! That clear turquoise water, lush greeneries on the side and cozy cabanas are indeed very tempting. I'm visiting Boracay end of this year and would like to check out this place!

now this is something! great compo and sharpness! the place makes me homesick!! (be home in october yet- can hardly wait)!!
the ones that get my attention most are the cogongrass-roofs of the cabanas and villas and the somewhat blue green sea, so inviting for a big plunge, a paradise indeed! bravo, JC!
