Photographer’s Note
Sunday morning, Super Ferry had a stop over at Pagadian City on the way to Ozamis City, I went to the bow to take some sunrise shots when I heard shouts coming from the starboard. As I looked below, I felt a shimmering chill seeing these naked infants in a make-shift rafts with their companions screaming for alms on the passengers onboard.
