[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was one of the family members of my Badjao host. I spent an unforgettable night with them: the uncomfortable sleeping on the floor, the sound of the water below, the whisper of the family members... Just great! You can see in the picture how the houses of the family are connected by "bridges" (just two bamboo stems, nothing for my, really!). Between families within the village or towards the outside world, there is only traffic on water.

A strong composition in a good colour setting. Very well done: "daily life" pic.

Another good picture depicting life of real people in real places. The hues compliment the story and the angle is unique...as if the girl is telling us a story.

interesting shots and mood... good composition... its pity we cannot see her face

Again a very good shot, a pity with the lower left foreground (half of a head?). I like everything here from the angle to the compo : i find this is even better to have the girl looking at the opposite side neighbour rather than look straight into the camera. it provides a more natural looking image and some interest to the right hand side.

Yes, I agree, i've also had the cold sweats moving from a house to another on the bamboo bridges, I was two inches from letting fall one of my beloved leica lenses in the midst of a crossing, fortunately I could catch it without taking myself the plunge.

This picture was great!... I like the way you presented it...from the color and the subject you wanted to present-- it's a job well done! This picture can really represent a real life experience you were able to discuss on your Photographer's Note. I really like it!
