I took this photo from inside a car while stopped in traffic in Manila, at the corner of of A. H. Lacson Street and J. Fajardo Streets.

Street sweepers in Manila wear uniforms that bear these words, " This is work generated by President Gloria". That is President Gloria Arroyo. To me providing the uniform is fine but having your name on the uniform is an overkill. Why not advertize a hamburger chain at the back and add the money to the workers' meager salary? Am I sounding like a capitalist?
